Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Other Mental Health Challenges – Perth & Online
Struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or other major life changes can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We provide evidence-based therapy to help you cope, process, recover, and move forward.
What Mental Health Concerns We Support
This service is designed for individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. These include:
Mood disorders (like depression or bipolar)
Anxiety conditions (such as social anxiety or panic attacks)
Addiction (gambling or others)
Substance dependency
Post-traumatic stress
Complex life transitions (such as bereavement/loss and adjustment distress)
We work with people seeking therapy for the first time, as well as those returning after past experiences. Therapy is available for both adolescents and adults.
Reverence Recovery welcomes complexity — including co-occurring conditions, longstanding difficulties, or uncertain diagnoses. We meet you with openness, wherever you are in your journey.
Reverence Recovery’s Approach to Treatment
Therapy is tailored to your goals, symptoms, values, and recovery stage. The priority is to create a space where progress is possible, even in the presence of challenge and complexity.
Our approach blends warmth, structure, and clinical expertise. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based models while also remaining deeply responsive to your lived experience.
Why Choose Reverence Recovery for Psychological Support?
Extensive experience with a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
We welcome complexity — including overlapping diagnoses, unclear presentations, or stuck therapy histories.
We work holistically, considering the interplay of your symptoms, context, history, and strengths.
Therapy is compassionate but structured — balancing insight with practical tools and action steps.
Sessions are available in-person in Perth or online anywhere across Australia.
What to Expect
Your first session involves an in-depth conversation about your concerns, life context, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we’ll shape a treatment plan that fits your needs.
Therapy might include emotion regulation, behavioural change, values exploration, trauma work, and developing coping tools.
The aim is to help you live more fully — with greater insight, resilience, and psychological flexibility.
