We welcomes NDIS client
We provide personalised, evidence-based therapy for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants navigating emotional, behavioural, or psychological challenges like trauma, mood dysregulation, anxiety, eating concerns, and more.
This service is for adults who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS. We support clients with mental health challenges including mood, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, substance dependency, and emotion regulation difficulties.
We also welcome clients with long-standing and complex presentations, or overlapping diagnoses.
Your therapy is shaped around your needs, preferences, and personal pace. We create a space that supports change — even when challenges feel entrenched or overwhelming.
Our therapists are respectful of autonomy and individual experience.
Therapy is paced to suit you, with flexibility around session structure and content.
We support both internal coping and external functional improvement, as aligned with your NDIS goals.
Sessions available in-person in Perth or online across Western Australia.
Initial sessions focus on understanding your current needs, what’s been helpful or unhelpful in the past, and clarifying your goals for therapy. We also identify what supports (if any) may be involved in your broader care network.
Therapy may include skill-building, trauma processing, and executive functioning strategies — depending on your priorities and plan funding.
We can provide progress reports and summaries for NDIS reviews as required.
Yes — if you are self-managed or plan-managed, your NDIS funding can be used for psychological therapy.
Yes. We can provide summaries and progress updates for your plan review, when required. Please notify us early so we can align the report with your therapy focus and funding goals without delays to your treatment.
Our practice currently works with clients who can engage in verbal therapy. We are not equipped to offer AAC-based therapy or play therapy.
